At WoodenHousing.com, we connect customers with high-quality wooden construction and design services. We take pride in offering transparent and reliable construction solutions, with significant efforts invested in understanding your specific requirements, providing custom designs, and other essential details.

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your project after making any payment towards the booking amount, you must inform WoodenHousing.com of your intent to cancel via a written notice sent from your registered email address to info@woodenhousing.com (or any other email address we may specify). Alternatively, you may send a registered post with acknowledgement due, clearly specifying your reasons for cancellation. Upon receiving your request, WoodenHousing.com will review your cancellation on a case-by-case basis and follow the principles outlined below.

1. Cancellation Fees

• All cancellations made beyond 48 hours from payment of the booking amount will incur a non-refundable onboarding fee of 1% of the total project cost, along with the applicable service fees according to the stage of your project.
• The project cost is defined as the total value of the project before any discounts.

2. Service Fee Structure

The following service fees will apply based on the stage of your project, in addition to the onboarding fee:

• Design Stage: 1.00%
• Materials Preparation Stage: 3.50%
• Pre-Construction Stage: 2.50%
• Construction Stage: 2.00%

Any additional costs incurred for materials or resources mobilized during the Construction Stage will be charged based on actual expenses. In case of any disputes, WoodenHousing.com will make the final decision regarding the charges.

3. Additional Costs

If the costs incurred by WoodenHousing.com exceed the amount paid by the customer, the customer is responsible for covering the excess amount within 30 business days of receiving a written notice from WoodenHousing.com. If the excess amount is not paid within the specified period, an interest rate of 18% per annum will be applied until the full payment is received.

4. Refund Process

Any refund amount (if applicable) will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 30 business days after both parties mutually agree on the final refund amount, following the necessary deductions. Please note that WoodenHousing.com does not provide cash refunds.

5. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy

WoodenHousing.com reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be binding, and customers will continue to be subject to the updated policy.
